lgbtqia+ teens & adults

I love to work with LGBTQIA+ teens and adults. My clients are often seeking a space to be fully themselves as they heal - without explaining, defending, or shrinking who they are. Life brings on complex, often heavy experiences: exploring identity, navigating relationships, managing painful family dynamics, or facing the pressures of adolescence or adulthood. I love meeting people exactly where they are and supporting them in understanding themselves more deeply as they navigate the messy, nuanced, and even joyful elements of life.

In our work together, I offer a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space to explore whatever feels alive - whether that’s feelings of isolation, questions about gender or sexuality, an urge to self harm, or simply a want to make sense of what you’re feeling. My approach is creative, collaborative, and grounded in lived experience as a genderqueer person. I help clients build trust in themselves, develop tools for navigating intense feelings, and feel more confident engaging with their true selves, relationships, and the many complexities of life as LGBTQIA+ individuals.

There’s no timeline you need to follow, no version of queerness you need to perform - just space to come back to yourself, with me alongside you.

I am committed to practices that foster queer and trans liberation, decolonized healing, a de-centering of patriarchy, access to mutual aid and harm reduction, acknowledgement of oppressive systems and impact, and the dismantling of white supremacy.
