My Practice
Therapy with me is trauma-informed, depth-oriented and steeped in Gestalt and somatic traditions. I am always working towards a deeper decolonization of myself and my approach to healing.

I specialize in working with queer + trans + gender expansive folks and people navigating shame and religious trauma. I am an advocate for liberation and social justice and hold this at the very core of my practice. I move through the world with the privilege of being white, and I also live in the radical, queer refusal of patriarchy. It's at this intersection that I choose to lead by unsettling the systems and stolen land that have upheld my privilege.
I believe deeply in client-centered care—and in your authority over your own lived experience. In each session, I aim to meet you right where you are, moment to moment. Every part of you is welcome here, just as it is.
My hope is that our work together supports more empowerment, agency, and autonomy in your daily life. Therapy, to me, is profoundly collaborative. I'm not here to lead you—I’m here to walk with you, to help hold the roots steady as you grow and bloom.
As your therapist, I’m authentically myself. I lean very curious, sometimes funny (debatable), open-hearted, gentle, and expressive. I center your full agency in this relationship. I’ll invite you to name what you want from this space, and how you want to be met. You are the expert of your experience. You're a whole person with a whole life—and I trust that. My role is to support and witness the deep work that unfolds as we sit together, guided by your self-knowing.
“When I am deeply aware, I am no longer compliant.”
