lgbtqia+ folks

I am a therapist for queer folks, trans folks, and the more undefined: a place to be seen fully, understood without translation, and accompanied without judgment.

My clients come looking for a room where they don’t have to explain, defend, or alter themselves. And for each of them, life is complex. Gender and desire don’t always follow the script. Family can be both home and harm. Loneliness and longing can sit in the same body, and sometimes the stories we were handed about who we’re supposed to be stop fitting. Therapy can be the place where you put those stories down, get curious, and find out what’s actually yours.

Living as a genderqueer person shapes how I work. My approach is creative, embodied, and rooted in liberation, not assimilation. We stay with what’s alive in the room: your body, your feelings, your relationships, your desires, your patterns. I’m not here to fix you or tell you who to become. I’m here to be your witness while you find your own way.

There’s no timeline to follow here, and no version of queerness you need to perform. Just a space to come back to yourself.

I am committed to practices that foster queer and trans liberation, decolonized healing, a de-centering of patriarchy, access to mutual aid and harm reduction, acknowledgement of oppressive systems and impact, and the dismantling of white supremacy.

I offer free gender-affirming care letters. Please reach out to discuss next steps!
